What if I want prints to be sent to different addresses?
Choose the print(s) you'd like to send to one address, then complete that order. Then, create a new order for the next address.
What is your Policy on Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations?
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please save all packaging, and email me photos of the damaged areas of the print, frame, and/or packaging.
In order for your order to be replaced, you will need to notify me within 7 days of your receiving it. I will work with ArtStoreFrontPrints to ensure a timely resolution.
Do you sign your prints?
I do not sign my digital prints. When you place an order through my website, the order goes directly to ArtStoreFrontPrints, then they will ship it directly to you. I don't physically touch the prints.
You might be interested to know that I don't sign my paintings on front of the painting itself, only on the back.

I show my work in four galleries, Dolby Chadwick Gallery in San Francisco, Gold Gallery in Boston, Gallatin River Gallery in Big Sky, Montana, and Lyons Wier Gallery in New York. You may check their websites and contact them directly to see which of my paintings are available.
I also accept commissions. Contact me directly to discuss images, sizes, prices, and an estimated completion date.
